HRD maintains an inventory of main pumps, swing pumps, swing motors,
travel motors and main control valves for brand names like Kawasaki,
Rexroth, Uchida-Hydromatik, Hitachi, Linde, KYB, Cat and Sundstrand to
name a few. If you own a machine with the name of Cat, Komatsu,
John Deere, Hitachi, Kobelco, Case, Link-Belt, Hyundai, Sundstrand,
Daweoo or Kato, we probably have your unit in stock ready to go.
Each unit has been fully tested and set to OEM specifications with
a written warranty and test report.
Each unit also comes with a complimentary oil sample bottle. We
want to ensure that the component you have just purchased will
last. By testing your machines oil, we can let you know if you
have contaminates in your systems that might damage your new component.

Repair & Return -
The Pump, Motor and Valve department at HRD has the in-house capability
of repairing and testing all brands of pumps, motors, valves and
winches. We specialize in excavator components.
In the hydraulic repair industry, main control valves are one
of the most difficult components to remanufacture. At HRD, our
valve department has the technical expertise and necessary equipment
to remanufacture main control valves at a substantial cost savings
compared to new. The key features to these repairs are; complete
disassembly, tolerances to 0.0003 in., reliefs rebuilt and set,
bores honed and chromed to fit, OEM seals and back up rings, machined
valve seats and poppets to fit, and fully tested with a one year
1500 hour warranty.

Six Test Stands
450 HP Diesel 2 stage, 100 HP open loop 4 stage, 125 HP open loop 3 stage/closed
loop - variable speed, 0-30 GPM Static valve and motor, 50000lb.
Other Equipment Include
Two 36" Lappmaster lapping tables, A Cincinnati center-less grinder, A
Sunnen vertical hone, A Sunnen Horizontal hone, A phosphating tank, and much
more!
The Pump, Motor and Valve Department has over one million
dollars in inventory. It consists of 6800 line items to
help support our repair service center for fast turnaround. We
also stock Reman Exchange units for Kawasaki, Rexroth, Uchida,
